KOCHI, INDIA – Businessman Bobby Chemmannur collapsed in court today after a judge rejected his bail application in a case filed against him based on a complaint by Honey Rose. Following the denial of bail, Chemmannur was remanded in custody for 14 days.
Chemmannur reportedly collapsed in the courtroom after hearing the judge’s decision. He was taken ill after the judge began to read the remand order. Reports suggest he suffered from a sudden rise in blood pressure. He may be transferred to a hospital.
The Ernakulam Judicial First Class Magistrate Court heard the case. Chemmannur was produced in court around 12:30 pm, and the arguments concluded around 2 pm.
