Tue Jan 07 05:40:00 UTC 2025: ## KTR Denied Entry to ACB Office, Investigation Postponed
**Hyderabad, January 7, 2025** – KTR, working president of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and former Telangana minister, was today denied entry to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) office in Hyderabad. KTR had arrived with his lawyers for questioning in connection with the Formula E car racing case, but police prevented him from entering the ACB premises.
KTR reportedly stated that he brought his lawyers due to a lack of trust in the police. Following a clarification from the ACB that lawyers would not be permitted during the questioning, police informed KTR that he could not enter. He subsequently left the premises after submitting a written statement.
The ACB has issued another notice to KTR, summoning him for questioning on January 9th and explicitly stating that legal representation will not be allowed. KTR is a key figure in the ongoing investigation into alleged irregularities surrounding the Formula E car race. The situation at the ACB office created a brief period of confusion before KTR’s departure.
