**UDHAGAMANDALAM, Nilgiris District, Tamil Nadu, January 6, 2025** – The hill town of Udhagamandalam experienced its coldest night of the winter season on Sunday, January 5th, with temperatures plummeting close to freezing point. The town recorded a minimum temperature of 2 degrees Celsius, while the nearby Avalanche recorded a chilling -1 degree Celsius on Monday morning.
