**Bijapur, Chhattisgarh –** A freelance journalist, Mukesh Chandrakar, 28, was found murdered in a septic tank in Bijapur, Chhattisgarh, sparking outrage and demands for a thorough investigation. His body was discovered on January 3rd, after police tracked his mobile phone following a missing person report filed by his family. Three individuals, including two of Chandrakar’s cousins, have been arrested in connection with the killing.
