LOS ANGELES – Acclaimed screenwriter and director Jeff Baena, 47, husband of actress Aubrey Plaza, died by suicide on January 3rd, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office confirmed. Baena’s body was discovered at his Los Feliz home by an assistant. The cause of death was reported as hanging.
