**NEW DELHI –** A 24-year-old woman was found dead in her rented apartment in Delhi’s Dwarka district on Friday, sparking a murder investigation. Police have identified the victim as Deepa and are searching for her husband, Dhanraj, who is suspected of the crime and is currently absconding.
Deepa’s body was discovered in a state of decomposition in her bedroom in the Dabri area. Her father, Ashok Chauhan, filed a complaint accusing Dhanraj of her murder. The couple, married for five years, had a two-year-old child who is currently in the care of Deepa’s maternal uncle.
A murder case has been registered, and multiple police teams are actively working to locate and apprehend Dhanraj. The investigation is ongoing.
