**Vijayawada, January 4, 2025** – The Janasena Party will celebrate its foundation day with a three-day plenary session in Pithapuram from March 12th to 14th, the party announced today. The decision was made at a meeting of the party’s Political Affairs Committee (PAC) in Vijayawada, chaired by Minister Nadeendla Manohar.
The plenary session, proposed by party chief Pawan Kalyan, aims to reiterate the party’s ideology and future goals to the public. The PAC plans to solicit feedback from party leaders and intellectuals to shape the event. The opening ceremony on March 12th will be for invitees only, with a public meeting scheduled for March 14th.
The PAC meeting also addressed concerns regarding the party’s cadre morale. Several leaders expressed dissatisfaction among grassroots workers, citing a perceived lack of attention from the party leadership following the recent election victory. Concerns were raised about the party prioritizing government work over party strengthening, leading to disillusionment among the cadre at the district and constituency levels. They also emphasized the need for better communication and recognition of district and constituency-level leaders within the ruling coalition. The leadership acknowledged these concerns but did not offer immediate solutions. The meeting also highlighted the need to complete the party office soon and make timely appointments for district presidents and constituency in-charges.
