**New Delhi, [Date]** – The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the application window for the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG 2024). The exam, scheduled for March 13th and 31st, marks several key changes from last year. The most significant change is the move to a new official website, exam.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG, replacing the previous pgcuet.samarth.ac.in.

A notable increase in application fees has also been implemented. The fee has risen by ₹200 across all categories. General category candidates will now pay ₹1400, OBC-NCL/Gen-EWS candidates ₹1200, SC/ST/third gender candidates ₹1100, and PwBD candidates ₹1000. The fee for additional test papers has also increased to ₹700 for general category candidates (₹3500 for international students).

Further changes include a reduction in the number of exam centers within India from 300 to 285, although the global total remains at 312. Applicants can now choose four preferred cities instead of two. The exam duration has been shortened from 105 minutes to 90 minutes for 75 multiple-choice questions.

The NTA has released the information bulletin, syllabus, exam pattern, and frequently asked questions on the new website. Aspiring postgraduate students are urged to review these changes before applying.
