**Bengaluru, January 3, 2025** – Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Limited (KREDL) announced a significant financial success, declaring a ₹40.53 crore dividend – 30% of its ₹135.12 crore net profit for the 2023-24 fiscal year. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah received the dividend cheque from Energy Minister K.J. George on Thursday.

In addition to the dividend, KREDL presented a ₹5 crore contribution to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. The company’s financial performance and the donation were approved during board and shareholder meetings held in October and December 2024 respectively.
