**New Delhi, January 2, 2025** – The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened applications for the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG 2025). Aspiring students seeking admission to postgraduate programs in participating central and other universities can apply online at exam.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG/. The application deadline is February 2, 2025, with a correction window open from February 3rd to 5th.
The application fee has been increased. For two test papers, the fee is ₹1400 for general category candidates, ₹1200 for OBC-NCL and EWS, and ₹1100 for SC, ST, and transgender candidates. Additional test papers cost ₹700 (general), and ₹600 (OBC-NCL/EWS/SC/ST/transgender) each.
The CUET PG 2025 exam, a computer-based test, will be held from March 13th to 31st, 2025, across 312 cities in India and 27 abroad. The exam consists of two sections: Section A (general language, reasoning, general awareness, and mathematical aptitude) and Section B (subject-specific questions). The exam is 105 minutes long, with 75 multiple-choice questions. Each correct answer scores four points, with one point deducted for each incorrect answer. Question papers will be bilingual (English and Hindi, except for language subjects). Admit cards will be released four days before the exam.
