**Hyderabad, December 31, 2024** – West Bengal FC secured a thrilling 1-0 victory over Kerala FC in the Santosh Trophy final, claiming the coveted title for a record-breaking 33rd time after an eight-year hiatus. The winning goal, scored in extra time by Robi Hansda, sparked jubilant celebrations and secured Hansda the Golden Boot as the tournament’s top scorer with 12 goals.
