**THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, January 1, 2025** – The Thiruvananthapuram International Airport (TRV), operated by Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), has received the Excellence Award from the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) at the National Convention on Quality Concepts (CCQC) 2024. This marks the second consecutive year the airport has won this coveted award, making it the only airport in India to achieve this distinction.
The award recognizes the airport’s commitment to continuous improvement initiatives, particularly its work on obstacle limitation surfaces, which enhance safety and sustainability. The QCFI jury praised the airport’s proactive approach to identifying and mitigating safety risks, leading to improved compliance and increased stakeholder confidence.
