**Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh:** A 24-year-old man, Mohammad Arshad, from Agra, has been arrested for the brutal murder of his mother and four sisters in a Lucknow hotel. Arshad, along with his father Bader (currently at large), allegedly drugged the victims with alcohol before slitting their wrists and strangling them. The family, who had traveled from Ajmer on Monday, were staying at the hotel.
Arshad filmed a video during the crime, in which he accused his Agra neighbors of harassment and attempts to seize his family’s property. Police have launched a manhunt for his father, Bader. The investigation is ongoing.
