**KOCHI, January 1, 2025** – The Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA) announced progress on land acquisition for the development of Infopark Phase 3. The expansion project, slated for a 300-acre site near the existing Infopark facilities, is expected to have a draft project ready by February.
GCDA Chairman K. Chandran Pillai and Infopark CEO Susanth Kurunthil are overseeing the project, which is being coordinated by three teams focusing on land identification, regulatory amendments, and draft project development. Potential sites east, south, and north of Infopark Phase 2 are under consideration. A final land selection and government approval are pending before the project can proceed.
