Mon Dec 30 06:26:43 UTC 2024: ## Former IPS Officer and Mahavir Mandir Secretary Acharya Kishore Kunal Passes Away

PATNA, BIHAR – Acharya Kishore Kunal, a former IPS officer and secretary of the Mahavir Mandir, passed away today and will be cremated later this afternoon. His final journey began from his residence near Sadakat Ashram in Kurji, Patna. The procession will proceed through Kurji, Rajiv Nagar, and Atal Path before reaching Mahavir Mandir, where the public can pay their last respects. The procession will then continue via Gandhi Maidan and Marine Drive to Gay Ghat, and finally to Konhara Ghat via Gandhi Setu, where the cremation will take place around 2 PM. Preparations for the last rites are complete. While unconfirmed, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat may attend the cremation ceremony at Konhara Ghat.
