**Hyderabad, December 26, 2024** – The Telangana School Education Department has released the hall tickets for the Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TG-TET-2024-II). Candidates can now download their admit cards from the official TS TET website: tgtet2024.aptonline.in.
The online examination will be held over ten days, from January 2nd to January 20th, 2025, with twenty sessions scheduled. Each day will feature two sessions: 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
TG-TET-2024-II consists of two papers. Paper I is for aspiring teachers of classes I to V, while Paper II is for classes VI to VIII. Candidates seeking to teach all classes (I-VIII) must take both papers.
The TET score holds a 20% weightage in Telangana’s Teacher Recruitment Test, and the qualifying certificate is valid for life unless otherwise stated by the government. The pass percentage is 60% for general category candidates, 50% for BC candidates, and 40% for SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates. A passing score makes candidates eligible to apply for teaching positions in government and private schools across Telangana.
