**Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh** – The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the answer key for its 2024 preliminary examination, held on December 22nd across 75 districts. Over 500,000 candidates sat for the exam, which was conducted in two shifts.

Candidates can now access the answer key by visiting the official UPPSC website, uppsc.up.nic.in. The commission provides a simple five-step process for downloading the key.

The preliminary exam comprised two papers: General Studies Paper 1 and CSAT (Paper 2). Successful candidates will progress to the significantly more challenging main examination, consisting of eight papers, including General Hindi, General English, and General Studies, followed by an interview.

The UPPSC conducts this three-stage examination annually to recruit candidates for various positions within the Uttar Pradesh state government. A normalization process will be used to evaluate results due to the exam being held across multiple shifts.
