**Hyderabad:** Film producer Dil Raju, chairman of the Film Development Corporation (FDC), met with Telangana Chief Minister K. Revanth Reddy and subsequently addressed the media. The meeting, he stated, focused on the growth and development of the Telugu film industry.

Raju reported that the Chief Minister offered guidance on elevating the Telugu film industry to a global stage. He clarified that recent rumors of a rift between the industry and the government were unfounded. The meeting, he emphasized, aimed to foster collaboration between the two, with a vision to attract not only Indian but also international productions, particularly from Hollywood, to Hyderabad.

The FDC chairman further indicated that the industry would be engaging in further discussions to present proposals to the CM to make Hyderabad an international film hub. He also confirmed the industry’s cooperation with the government regarding drug-related issues. While acknowledging minor issues like benefit shows and ticket rates, Raju stated that the primary focus was on internationalizing the Telugu film industry. A follow-up meeting with the Chief Minister is planned soon.
