Wed Dec 25 08:40:00 UTC 2024: ## Palworld’s Massive Feybreak Update Arrives, Featuring New Island, Terraria Crossover, and More

**London, UK** – The popular monster-collecting game *Palworld* has received a significant update, titled “Feybreak,” introducing a wealth of new content. Developed by Pocketpair, the free update is considered one of the largest since the game’s launch, adding a substantial amount of gameplay to the already expansive title.

The centerpiece of the Feybreak update is a new island of the same name, described as six times larger than the previously released Sakurajima island. This expansive area introduces new Pal species, challenging tower bosses, and a formidable new faction known as the Feybreak Warriors, equipped with a powerful missile battery camp.

Feybreak also marks the beginning of a crossover with *Terraria*, scheduled to fully launch in 2025. The update includes the Meowmere weapon from *Terraria*, the first “bullet-firing melee weapon” in *Palworld*, promising more collaborative content to come.

Players can now send their Pals on expeditions for passive income and utilize the Pal Labor Research Laboratory to unlock permanent passive bonuses and rewards. New Predator Pals, exceptionally difficult to defeat but rewarding players with rare resources upon victory, have also been added. Two new resources, Chromite and Hexolite Quartz, are now available for collection.

The update also increases the level cap to 60 and introduces new challenges such as the Xenolord raid, a challenging encounter with a mechanical dragon and its army, and a fortified oil rig guarded by an attack chopper.

For those seeking a fresh start, Feybreak includes two new game modes: Hardcore Mode, where player and Pal death is permanent, and Random Pal Mode, which alters Pal spawns either regionally or globally. The update further includes new weapons, buildings, skills, Pal skins, and numerous other refinements.

The *Palworld* Feybreak update is available now on Steam.
