**Orlando, FL** – KFC is expanding its empire with a new concept restaurant, Saucy, entirely dedicated to chicken tenders and a diverse array of dipping sauces. Opening in Orlando on December 23rd, Saucy will offer 11 unique sauces, inspired by KFC’s iconic 11 herbs and spices, ranging from Chimichurri Ranch to Spicy Mango Chutney. Customers can order sauces individually or in flights of four, alongside chicken tenders, Hawaiian rolls, coleslaw, and fries.

The menu also features two new chicken sandwiches, desserts (chocolate mousse and Key lime cake), and 11 specialty beverages. The restaurant boasts a distinct pink aesthetic, drive-thru service, indoor dining, and even live DJ performances on Fridays.

KFC Chief Concept Officer Christophe Porrier stated that the new restaurant is a “modern interpretation” of its “Finger Lickin’ Good” brand, capitalizing on the enduring popularity of chicken tenders. He described the concept as putting tenders “on steroids with sauces.”

While the initial location is in Orlando, KFC plans a gradual rollout of additional Saucy locations, though specific details regarding timing and locations remain undisclosed. This launch follows recent expansions by other fast-food chains, highlighting a trend of innovative menu offerings and restaurant concepts within the industry.
