**Udaipur, India –** Olympic medalist and badminton champion PV Sindhu has married entrepreneur Venkata Datta Sai in a private ceremony in Udaipur. The wedding, held on Sunday, was attended by close family and friends, with Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat among the guests. He shared the first photograph of the newlyweds on social media, congratulating the couple.
Sindhu, 29, a two-time Olympic medalist (bronze in Rio 2016 and silver in Tokyo 2020), recently celebrated a victory at the Syed Modi International tournament. Her marriage to Datta, an executive director at Posidex Technologies, follows pre-wedding festivities including a Sangeet and traditional ceremonies.
