**Thiruvananthapuram, December 21, 2024** – Technopark, a major IT hub in Thiruvananthapuram, has once again received an A+/Stable rating from CRISIL, a leading credit rating agency. This marks the fourth consecutive year Technopark has achieved this top rating, reflecting its strong financial position and sustainable growth.
The rating agency cited Technopark’s high occupancy rates across its campuses, diverse clientele ensuring steady cash flow, and ongoing flagship projects as key factors contributing to the positive assessment.
