**Rohini, Delhi:** Delhi Police are investigating the death of a premature baby girl whose body was discovered on the terrace of a building in Rohini’s Prem Nagar area on Friday. A police officer confirmed that a PCR call alerted authorities at 12:12 pm to the presence of the newborn’s body. Preliminary examination indicated the baby was premature. The body has been sent for a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death. A First Information Report (FIR) has been filed under Section 94 of the Indian Penal Code (concealment of birth by secretly disposing of a child’s dead body). Police are reviewing CCTV footage from the area to identify those responsible. The investigation is ongoing.
