The deal, finalized on December 19th, 2024, saw the Friedkin Group secure 98.8% of the club’s shares, ending a period of uncertainty for the nine-time English champions.

The Friedkin Group, led by Dan and Ryan Friedkin, boasts a diverse portfolio encompassing automotive, entertainment, hospitality, and sports investments, most notably Serie A club AS Roma.
