**Vijayawada, December 17, 2024** – Andhra Pradesh IT and Human Resources Development Minister Nara Lokesh and Health Minister Y. Satya Kumar visited the Tata Digital Nerve Centre (DiNC) in Kolar, Karnataka, on Monday. The DiNC, an innovative TCS healthcare delivery model, utilizes digital platforms and infrastructure to improve healthcare communication and coordination.

The ministers toured facilities powered by DiNC, including the Vemgal PHC and a Health and Wellness Centre, witnessing firsthand its applications in reproductive and child health, non-communicable disease management, and mental health coordination. Tata MD (Medical & Diagnostics) Limited MD Girish Krishnamurthy presented on the DiNC’s impact on Karnataka’s government health programs.

Minister Lokesh emphasized the importance of adopting such innovative models to enhance Andhra Pradesh’s public health systems. The Andhra Pradesh government issued a statement affirming its commitment to leveraging technology for healthcare transformation, stating that the visit will inform the development of advanced tech-enabled healthcare initiatives in the state.
