**KOCHI, December 14, 2024** – The Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat) has achieved a significant milestone in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World Sustainability Ranking 2025. The university secured a global ranking within the 971-980 band, placing it 299th in Asia and 38th in India. Importantly, Cusat earned the top spot in Kerala for sustainability.

The ranking evaluated institutions based on their performance across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) indicators, assessing their ability to address key sustainability challenges.
