**Prayagraj, [Date]:** A day before Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s arrival in Prayagraj, a depth survey was conducted between Arail and Kila Ghat using the ‘Nishad Raj’ cruise. The battery-operated cruise, designed for eco-friendly operation, travelled from Arail to Kila Ghat and back, confirming sufficient water levels for navigation in the Sangam area. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inspected Kila Ghat, where the cruise was already stationed. A charging point has been established near Kila Ghat for the cruise’s batteries. Jetties have been constructed at Arail and Kila Ghat for the cruise’s operation.
On Friday, PM Modi will arrive at Prayagraj airport and proceed to Arail by helicopter. He will then board the ‘Nishad Raj’ cruise to Kila Ghat, visit Akshyavat, Samudra Kup, and the Hanuman Temple, perform a puja at the Sangam, and inaugurate projects worth ₹7,000 crore. He will return to Arail via the cruise, then depart for Delhi by helicopter and special aircraft.
