**Hyderabad, December 12:** The December 12th episode of the popular Telugu serial, Karthika Deepam, saw Jyothsna’s jealousy and hatred for Deepa reach a dangerous climax. Jyothsna deliberately kept Karthik late at work, using seductive glances and expressions to further provoke him. When Deepa called, worried about Karthik’s late arrival, Karthik intentionally aggravated Jyothsna by expressing his concern for Deepa and promising to bring her jasmine flowers.
Overhearing this conversation, Jyothsna’s fury intensified. She vowed revenge, declaring her intention to eliminate Deepa. Despite Karthik refusing to drop her off, Jyothsna eventually took a cab home.
Upon arriving home, Karthik found Deepa waiting anxiously. After dinner, Deepa noticed Karthik’s troubled state and provided him comfort with a head massage.
Meanwhile, Parijatham and Jyothsna plotted Deepa’s murder, hiring a goon named Lawrence. They paid him an advance, promising the remainder after Deepa’s death. Lawrence subsequently contacted Deepa, falsely claiming her daughter had fallen at school, luring her into a trap, leaving the episode ending on a cliffhanger.
