**Hyderabad, December 8, 2023** – The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has announced its Golden Jubilee Scholarship Scheme 2024, aimed at supporting financially disadvantaged students pursuing higher education. The scheme, announced via the X platform, will provide financial assistance to meritorious students who completed their 10th, intermediate, diploma, or equivalent education in the 2021-22, 2022-23, or 2023-24 academic years.

Applicants must have secured at least 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized institution. The scholarships are available for students pursuing undergraduate studies in any field, including medicine, engineering, and vocational courses, as well as ITI programs, during the 2024-25 academic year.

A special scholarship is also available for girls, offering two years of support to those completing their 10th and pursuing intermediate/10+2 or a diploma.

Applications for the LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship Scheme 2024 will be accepted online through the official LIC website, http://www.licindia.in, from December 8th to December 22nd, 2023.
