**Patna, Bihar:** The Patna Police have filed a First Information Report (FIR) against Khan Global Studies, the coaching center run by popular Bihar educator Khan Sir, for spreading false information about his arrest. The center allegedly shared a video on social media claiming Khan Sir had been apprehended by police. However, police have denied this, stating Khan Sir visited the police station voluntarily.
The FIR, which includes charges of inciting violence, conspiracy, and obstructing government work, names 250 unknown individuals and one named student leader, Dilip Kumar, who has been arrested. The police accused the coaching center of posting misleading and inflammatory content intended to incite students. The Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Anukumar stated that an investigation is underway and stern action will be taken.
This action follows Khan Sir’s recent hospitalization after participating in protests against the normalization process in the BPSC exam. While doctors initially indicated his discharge on December 8th, an update on his condition is pending.
Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has appealed to students to remain calm and focus on the BPSC exam, assuring them that their concerns have been addressed. He urged students not to be misled by false information.
