Sat Dec 07 23:09:34 UTC 2024: ## Popular Patna Educator Khan Sir Hospitalized After BPSC Protest

**Patna, Bihar:** Khan Sir, a renowned educator in Patna, has been admitted to Prabhat Memorial Hospital after experiencing a sudden health deterioration. His associate, Salman Haq, reported that Khan Sir’s condition worsened overnight, with symptoms including a sore throat, difficulty breathing, and fever. While he took medication and slept, his condition deteriorated further by morning, prompting his hospitalization. His current condition is reported as stable.

This health issue follows Khan Sir’s participation in a protest outside the BPSC office on Friday. While police initially detained him briefly in connection with the protest advocating for changes to the upcoming BPSC exam, he was released later that night. Reports indicate dehydration and fever as contributing factors to his illness.

Adding to the day’s events, a complaint has been filed against Khan Sir, accusing him of misleading students through false posts on his Twitter handle, Khan Global Study. However, police have clarified that he was not formally arrested, merely escorted away from the protest site and released near his vehicle.

The students’ protest centered on demands to revoke changes to the rules for the upcoming 70th preliminary examination scheduled for December 13th. The BPSC, however, has denied making any alterations to the examination process.
