**Dubai, Dec 9:** Bangladesh stormed into the final of the Under-19 Asia Cup with a resounding seven-wicket victory over Pakistan in the first semi-final today. Pakistan, after winning the toss and electing to bat first, were bundled out for a paltry 116 runs. Iqbal Hossain Emon led the Bangladesh bowling attack, claiming four wickets. Maruf Mridha took two, while Al Fahd and Debashish Deb each chipped in with one.
Chasing a modest target, Bangladesh chased down the runs in just 22.1 overs. Captain Azizuzzaman Hakimi spearheaded the chase with a blistering unbeaten 61. Jawad Abbrar (17) and Mohammad Shihab James (26) also contributed valuable runs.
Earlier today, India secured their place in the final after defeating Sri Lanka by 7 wickets in the second semi-final.
The final match between India and Bangladesh will be played on December 10th in Dubai.
