**Leh/Kargil, Ladakh –** The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the recruitment of 50 Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) for its Ladakh UT branches, covering Leh and Kargil valleys. Applications open on December 7th and close on December 27th.
The recruitment process involves a preliminary exam in January 2025, followed by a mains exam in February 2025. A mandatory language proficiency test in Urdu, Ladakhi, or Bhoti (Bodhi) will be conducted after the mains exam for candidates who haven’t demonstrated proficiency in their chosen language through previous educational certificates (10th or 12th standard). Applicants must be between 20 and 28 years old.

The application process requires registration, uploading documents, providing personal details, and paying the application fee. Successful applicants will be expected to be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding their chosen local language. Those failing the language test will not receive job offers.
