**Sharjah, UAE –** India secured a commanding seven-wicket victory over Sri Lanka in the semifinals of the ACC Men’s U-19 Asia Cup on Friday, setting up a final clash against Bangladesh. Sri Lanka, after winning the toss and electing to bat, struggled early, collapsing to 3/8 before a 93-run partnership between Sharujan Shanmuganathan (42) and Lakvin Abeysinghe (69) steadied the innings. However, Sri Lanka ultimately fell short, posting a total of 173 in the 47th over. Chetan Sharma led India’s bowling attack with figures of 3/34.

India’s chase was equally impressive. A 91-run opening stand between Ayush Mhatre (34) and Vaibhav Suryavanshi (67) laid the foundation for a comfortable victory, achieved with 170 balls to spare. Captain Mohamed Amaan (25*) and KP Karthikeya (11*) guided the team home.
