**London, UK** – GeForce Now (GFN), Nvidia’s cloud gaming service, is offering a Black Friday deal that lets gamers access powerful RTX 4080 graphics for a fraction of the cost of a new PC. New subscribers can get either the Performance or Ultimate tier for half price for three months. The Ultimate tier, normally £19.99 per month, is reduced to £9.99, offering performance five times faster than an Xbox Series X with lower latency.
This allows users to stream games from Steam or the Epic Games Store in stunning 4K at 120fps (AAA titles like Cyberpunk 2077) or up to 240fps at Full HD for competitive games like Rocket League and Fortnite (with compatible hardware). Ultrawide monitor support is also included. Integration with Xbox Game Pass for PC or Ultimate is also available.
The offer comes at a convenient time, coinciding with Steam’s autumn sale and Xbox’s £1 two-week Game Pass trial. While requiring a minimum 45Mbps internet connection (fibre broadband recommended), GFN provides an alternative to the high upfront cost of building a gaming PC. The service can be accessed on various devices, from PCs and Macs to Chromebooks and smartphones.
Nvidia acknowledges past criticisms, including a 100-hour monthly playtime limit and eight-hour daily session cap, but emphasizes that overall user reviews have been positive. A free tier is available for testing internet compatibility before committing to a paid subscription. Note that Nvidia does not offer refunds.
