**HYDERABAD, INDIA** – Allu Arjun’s highly anticipated film, *Pushpa: The Rule*, has shattered box office records with a phenomenal opening day gross of over ₹100 crore globally (approximately $12 million USD). The film, which premiered on December 5th, earned ₹77.97 crore in India alone, selling 2.14 million tickets. The Telugu and Hindi versions were the biggest contributors, grossing ₹34.37 crore and ₹24.12 crore respectively. Advance ticket sales in Kerala and Tamil Nadu also contributed significantly.

The Andhra Pradesh government granted permission for increased ticket prices for the first 13 days of the film’s run, with prices reaching ₹1800 in Delhi. The film’s pre-release success included earning $2 million in November.
