**NEW DELHI, December 4, 2024** – India marked its annual Navy Day today, commemorating the resounding success of Operation Trident in 1971. This daring naval operation, launched on December 4th, crippled Pakistan’s Karachi harbor during the Indo-Pakistani War, significantly impacting the war’s outcome.
