**Sriharikota, India** – The launch of the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Proba-3 satellites, initially scheduled for an earlier date, has been rescheduled for December 5th, 2024, at 16:04 IST. The launch, undertaken by the NewSpace India Limited (NSIL) with support from the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), will utilize the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C59) from the First Launch Pad at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR. The mission aims to place Proba-3 into a highly elliptical orbit. NSIL and ISRO will provide further updates as the countdown progresses.
