The suspect, attempting to escape, climbed onto a 10th-floor balcony and found himself precariously clinging to the railing.

Quick-thinking police and fire department personnel responded swiftly, deploying a safety net below as a precaution while simultaneously working to calm the distressed man. They gained access to the apartment by breaking down the door and, after successful negotiations, safely brought the suspect back inside.
