**NEW YORK, NY –** Aliya Fakhri, 43, the younger sister of Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri, has been arrested and charged with the double murder of her ex-boyfriend and one of his friends in Queens, New York. Fakhri is accused of setting fire to a two-story garage on November 23rd, resulting in the deaths of 35-year-old Edward Jacobs and his 33-year-old friend, Anastasia Ettienne.
Prosecutors allege that Fakhri intentionally started the fire after Jacobs rejected her attempts to rekindle their relationship, which ended over a year ago.
