**MUMBAI, December 2, 2024** – Renewable energy stocks exhibited a mixed performance on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) today. Waaree Energies led the gains, closing 2.47% higher at ₹2,733.65 per share, with a market capitalization of ₹78,655.27 crore. Intraday, the stock reached a high of 4.8% increase. Another notable gainer was NTPC Green Energy, up 3.53% at ₹129.25 per share, currently 19.6% above its issue price. Premier Energies also saw a positive trend, closing 1.9% higher.

However, not all renewable energy stocks performed well. ACME Solar Holdings experienced a significant decline of 3.39%, closing at ₹265 per share. The company reported a 60% drop in consolidated net profit to ₹15.29 crore in Q2 FY25, accompanied by a 19.7% decrease in revenue. Adani Green Energy also saw a slight dip of 0.2%.

The overall market performance of renewable energy stocks remained varied, highlighting the sector’s current volatility.
