**Hyderabad, India** – Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger is retiring from the company, effective February 1st, after a 40-year career. The company announced that Gelsinger will step down from the Board of Directors. In his place, Intel has appointed two interim co-CEOs: David Zinsner, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Michelle Johnston Holthaus, newly appointed CEO of Intel Products Group. This group encompasses the Client Computing Group (CCG), Data Center and AI Group (DCAI), and Network and Edge Group (NEX). Frank Yeary, Independent Chair of the Board of Directors, will serve as interim Executive Chairman. Intel confirmed that there will be no changes to its foundry leadership.
