**SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA –** BTS member V (Kim Taehyung) shared a heartfelt tribute to his dog, Yeontan, who recently passed away. Taking to Instagram, V posted a series of photos and videos showcasing cherished memories with his Pomeranian companion, who had been battling health issues for some time.
The touching collection includes footage of V playing with Yeontan, cuddling, and feeding him, as well as photos of the dog. The post was simply captioned, “Mr. Kim Yeontan” alongside a black heart emoji.
In a previous Instagram story, V had already informed fans of Yeontan’s passing, expressing his sadness and asking fans to remember the dog fondly. He revealed Yeontan had undergone unsuccessful heart surgeries in the past, highlighting the dog’s resilient spirit.
Yeontan, who had been with V for seven years, had become a beloved member of the BTS family and a frequent feature on V’s social media. The announcement comes as V is currently serving his mandatory military service in South Korea.
