**WAYANAD, KERALA –** A new initiative aimed at revitalizing traditional food culture and promoting healthy eating habits was launched in Wayanad, Kerala on Monday. The Agri-Nutri Garden project, inaugurated by Welfare Minister O.R. Kelu, focuses on establishing organic agricultural gardens in 7,800 households across 235 acres. The project, guided by the Kudumbashree Mission, aims to ensure the production of pesticide-free vegetables through organic farming techniques. Minister Kelu distributed vegetable seedlings to participating joint liability groups at the launch event in Andoor near Ambalavayal. Ambalavayal grama panchayat president A. Hafsath presided over the function. The Minister praised the project as a pioneering effort to create a nutritionally rich community.
