**Hyderabad, December 2, 2024** – The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for ten districts in Telangana, warning of thunderstorms and gusty winds on Monday. The affected districts include Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanamkonda, and Jangaon. The IMD bulletin predicts isolated thunderstorms accompanied by lightning.
Hyderabad and its surrounding areas are expected to experience generally cloudy conditions with mist or haze in the morning and a possibility of light rain or drizzle. Temperatures are forecast to range between a high of 29°C and a low of 21°C. The IMD advises residents in the affected areas to remain vigilant.
