**Chennai, November 26, 2024** – Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. today launched its flagship Electric Origin SUVs, the BE 6e and XEV 9e, marking a significant leap in electric mobility. Built on the revolutionary INGLO architecture and powered by the MAIA, touted as the world’s fastest automotive mind, these vehicles represent Mahindra’s “Unlimit India” vision – a commitment to Indian innovation surpassing global standards.

The BE 6e, targeted at performance-driven individuals, offers a sporty design and thrilling driving experience. The XEV 9e, conversely, focuses on luxury, providing a refined and elegant SUV coupe. Both models boast class-leading range, advanced safety features, and a premium in-cabin experience.

Veejay Nakra, President of Mahindra’s Automotive Sector, emphasized the emotional connection at the heart of the brand’s strategy. He described the SUVs as embodying “Unlimit Love,” inspiring customers to live life to the fullest. R Velusamy, President of Automotive Product Development, highlighted the groundbreaking technology and performance of the BE 6e and XEV 9e, positioning them as world-beaters.

Mahindra invested ₹4500 Crore (part of a larger ₹16,000 Crore investment) in the development of these vehicles, including powertrain technology, design, and manufacturing capacity. The company plans a phased rollout, with deliveries expected to begin in late February or early March 2025.
