**Seoul, South Korea –** North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has accused the United States of dramatically escalating tensions and nuclear risks on the Korean peninsula, state media reported Friday. According to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), Kim made the remarks during a speech at a military exhibition in Pyongyang on Thursday. He claimed that despite attempts at negotiation with Washington, the US continues an “aggressive and hostile” policy toward North Korea.
