**Las Vegas, NV** – The Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend saw not only electrifying on-track action but also the unveiling of a major off-track partnership. Formula 1 and the LEGO Group announced a multi-year collaboration, launching a new range of LEGO sets in early 2025. The extensive line includes sets from LEGO DUPLO, LEGO City, LEGO Speed Champions, and LEGO Collectibles, featuring all 10 Formula 1 teams and catering to builders of all ages.
The LEGO sets offer intricate details, allowing fans to recreate the thrill of F1 from the pit stops and garages to the cars themselves. LEGO Speed Champions will let fans build their favorite team’s cars, while the Collectibles line provides miniature versions of all teams. Even younger fans are catered to with DUPLO sets, including buildable race cars, drivers, and a starting grid. LEGO City will offer several sets recreating the Grand Prix weekend experience.
Meanwhile, driver news dominated the paddock. Lewis Hamilton admitted he “didn’t want to come back” after struggling in Brazil, casting uncertainty over his future with Mercedes. Kevin Magnussen, on the other hand, remains relaxed about his future at Haas, aiming for a strong finish to the season. Liam Lawson, meanwhile, anticipates a clearer picture regarding his future with Red Bull in 2025. Max Verstappen, despite having already secured the Drivers’ Championship, remains focused on victory in Las Vegas. Ferrari, under Fred Vasseur’s leadership, continues its resurgence as a title contender.
