Thu Nov 21 06:00:00 UTC 2024: ## Clippers Extend Home Winning Streak to Six with Victory Over Magic

**INGLEWOOD, Calif. (AP)** — The Los Angeles Clippers continued their dominant home run, defeating the Orlando Magic 104-93 Wednesday night at Crypto.com Arena. This victory marks the Clippers’ sixth consecutive win at their new arena, despite the absence of key players.

James Harden led the Clippers with 24 points, though he shot only 5-for-14 from the field. He compensated with an impressive 11-of-12 performance from the free-throw line, adding seven rebounds and five assists. Amir Coffey contributed 18 points, while Ivica Zubac added 17 points and 12 rebounds.

The win snapped the Magic’s six-game winning streak, a run during which they held every opponent under 100 points. Anthony Black led the Magic’s scoring with 17 points and eight assists off the bench. Jalen Suggs added 16 points. Despite their impressive home record (7-0), the Magic continue to struggle on the road (2-7).

The Clippers overcame the absence of both Kawhi Leonard and leading scorer Norman Powell (hamstring injury), who is also expected to miss Friday’s game against Sacramento. Before the game, Powell made an appearance with the arena’s loudest fans, “The Wall,” who received his bobblehead giveaway.

A strong third quarter, where the Clippers outscored the Magic 30-21, proved decisive. A 14-2 run in that period gave the Clippers control. While the Clippers committed 25 turnovers, they significantly outperformed the Magic in second-chance points (17-2).

The Magic face a quick turnaround, playing the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday. The Clippers will host the Sacramento Kings on Friday.
