**New Delhi, November 20** – The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the date sheets for the 2025 Class 10 and 12 board examinations, a full 86 days before the exams begin. The exams will commence on February 15th, 2025, with English for Class 10 and Entrepreneurship for Class 12.

Approximately 44 lakh students are expected to appear for the exams, which will be held in the morning shift, mostly from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, with some papers extending to 1:30 pm. The CBSE has meticulously crafted the schedule, avoiding over 40,000 subject combinations to prevent scheduling conflicts. This year’s release is 23 days earlier than last year’s. The board also considered the dates of major entrance exams for Class 12 students, aiming to complete the board exams beforehand.

To ensure smooth and fair conduct of the exams, the CBSE has implemented a new CCTV policy, mandating high-resolution cameras in examination halls to monitor student activity and examination materials. The date sheets are available for download on the official CBSE website, cbse.gov.in.
